Our story
We started as Bluebird Leadership in 2020, building on Cherry's 20+ years of human development expertise at the intersection of people and planet. In 2025, we evolved into Bluebird Labs, adding Andrew's 20+ years of data science, analytics, machine learning and AI experience to build technology that doesn't exist yet.
Today, we're transparently building the future of human development technology through strategic partnerships with organisations ready to co-create breakthrough solutions.
